How do you swap a my-choice or postpaid sim card?
Request is sent by the SPOC to the Key Account Manager (KAM) for number to be swapped
Requests received from the service center should be submitted on original company letter head (photocopies will not be accepted) with the Company registration (COI) and the SPOC valid ID
