MTN defines a capability partner as one that’s required to enhance MTN’s internal systems and processes in order to enable the company to better serve its customers. MTN will qualify or disqualify a capability partner based on how relevant their solution is in addressing the following:
1. The identified target capabilities across people, processes and systems for MTN corporate client base
2. How the partner’s solution addresses existing capability gaps compared to MTN providing the solution in-house
In summary, capability partners are expected to provide unique solutions that will enhance service delivery across people processes and systems.
