Can I use Ayoba on two devices?

  • Your Ayoba account can only be verified with one number on one device. If you have a dual SIM phone, please note that you still must choose one number to verify with Ayoba. There is no option to have an Ayoba account with two phone numbers.

Do I need to register again if I uninstall and reinstall the app?

  • No, you don’t. All you need to do is download Ayoba from the Google Play Store again or from ayoba.me, enter your name, country, phone number and select verify.

Is it safe using Ayoba?  

  • Yes, Ayoba incorporates sophisticated end-to-end encryption. This ensures that only you and the person (or people) you’re communicating with can read what is sent. Nobody else can read your messages, not even the team at Ayoba.

Can I report inappropriate content and register a complaint against another user?

Will I be able to delete my Ayoba account?

What will happen to my message history when I delete my Ayoba account?

Caller ring back tone

This service allows you to set a song for each of your callers to listen to before you pick up the call! Instead of the traditional ‘ring-ring’ tune, you are now able to select a tune of your choice

 

How to Subscribe

  1. Dial *560# and follow the menu options. 
  2. Dial 5601 or dial 199 and follow the voice prompts.
  3. Dial *560*XXX#, XXX is any number from 20 to 200, E.g., *560*100#.
  4. Text NT space <yourname> to 5601 and follow the prompts to set your name as a Callertune. E.g., Text NT John to 5601. 
  5. Text FIND space <songname> to 5601 to search and activate a tone. E.g., Text FIND Way Maker to 5601.

You will be charged K1.92 every 30 days for each Ringback tune you activate.

  1. How can I search for a specific tune/song?
