School fees payment platform is an MTN bill payment service that allows Learners/Parents/Guardians convenience to make school fees payment from anywhere in the country via *303#. A parent receives an electronic receipt and the school accountant can confirm receiving payment through an online portal.

How does the service work?

• Customer Dials *303# and selects option 2 Bill Payment
• Select option 2 Utilities and School Fees
• Type in Student number
• The system confirms student details which include
  • Student name
  • School name
  • Student No.
  • Outstanding amount if any
• The customer decides to pay or enters the amount they wish to pay
• The customer enters the PIN to validate the transaction
• The customer gets an SMS confirming payment
