This a solution that allows corporate clients to collect money from clients to their MTN account, money is then sent to a bank of their choice
Clients are assigned a web portal with your own security credentials to manage all transactions. You can make transactions anywhere anytime provided you have basic internet connectivity (MTN Internet is recommended due to its fastest speeds in Zambia).
How does the service work?

  • Customer converts cash to e-money at any Kiosks or any Agent
  • Customer pays bills to the client using MoMo account
  • MTN sends money to the client account
  • The client instructs MTN to release the money to the client’s bank account

Opening the corporate account:

  • Directors’ photo
  • Directors’ ID
  • Tax Clearance Certificate (proof of exemption if exempt)
  • PACRA or Registrar of Society Certificate of Registration
  • 3-month bank statement
  • Complete KYC Form and IDs for people to be handling account
